1. Every member of staff will be wearing a mask as we ask that you do the same as well.

2. To limit the amount of people in the salon we ask you come alone.

3. Everyone please wait at the front door while your therapist prepares the treatment room and for your access to the salon.

4. Please come on time for your appointment.

5. We confirm your appointment 48 hours before by text.

6. If for any reason you are unwell or have been exposed to covid-19 we will ask you to reschedule your appointment.

7. Everyone has to fill in a covid-19 track and trace form for every visit.

8. All clients must wash hands before treatment and before leaving the salon.

9. All equipment will be thoroughly sanitised and disinfected between each treatment.

10. All our towels used are disposable.

11. All our nail files and buffers unused and new for each treatment.

12. Please only bring your keys, emergency items such as inhalers, and non-cash method of payment to prevent cross-contamination.
